What is TTouch?

About TTouch

TTouch is a unique approach to the care and training of our companion animals developed by internationally recognized animal expert, Linda Tellington-Jones.

Using a combination of specific touches, lifts, body movements and the confidence course. TTouch helps to release tension and increase body awareness. This allows the animal to be handled without provoking typical fear responses. The animal can then more easily learn new and more appropriate behaviors. Linda suspects that TTouch gets the cells "talking" to each other and turns on the "electrical lights" in the body so that the dog can over come it's instinctive fight, flight or freeze response and begin to think. The training method reflects the belief that successful training can be achieved without the use of threats, fear or punishment. It allows your dog to attain emotional, mental and physical balance that contributes to a happy companion. This work is not intended to replace veterinarian care for your dog.
