Humans act like humans and dogs act like dogs.
It's when the dogs' behavior conflicts with the humans expectations
that the two beings can clash.

Canine Care Dog Training strives to promote increased cooperation from your dog, educate you about motivational training and all the different tools available. You will learn about typical puppy and dog behavior, how to avoid unwanted behavior and modify already established behavior issues. I use positive reinforcement training methods utilizing learning theory, operant and classic conditioning. All my classes include confidence course work that guardian and dog alike find as a fun way for dogs to learn and increase their confidence.

Communicate, Learn & Retain

Why it's important

In my experience dogs that are trained with positive reinforcement learn behaviors quicker and retain what they learn because any behavior that is reinforced will likely happen again. Dogs will learn what are and are not acceptable behaviors if we are able to communicate to them what it is we are asking of them.

Our dogs are important to us. They fill an important place in our homes and in our hearts. We want them to be happy, and for them to make us happy. By training your puppy or dog in basic manners using positive reinforcement and clicker training and having an exercise outlet for him your dog will learn more appropriate behaviors and acceptable outlets for pent up energy.
